If you are having difficulty logging in to the member site, you may need to
ensure that your browser's privacy/security settings are configured properly:
Internet Explorer 6 (5 easy steps):
- Select 'Tools' from your browsers main menu.
- Select 'Options' from the menu displayed.
- Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
- Click the 'Default' button (this will reset
privacy settings to their original configuration)*.
- Click 'OK' to apply and save the changes.
MSN Explorer (5 easy steps):
- Select 'More Choices' from your browsers address
toolbar menu.
- Select 'View Privacy Report' from the menu
displayed.
- Click on the 'Settings' button at the bottom.
- Click the 'Default' button (this will reset
privacy settings to their original configuration)*.
- Click 'OK' to apply and save the changes.
Mozilla Firefox (6 easy steps):
- Select 'Tools' from your browsers main menu.
- Select 'Options' from the menu displayed.
- Click on the 'Privacy' button.
- Click on the 'Cookies' text to expand the group.
- Place a check mark in the box labeled 'Enable cookies'.
- Click 'OK' to apply and save the changes.
Opera 7 (5 easy steps):
- Select 'File' from your browsers main menu.
- Select 'Preferences' from the menu displayed.
- Click on 'Privacy' in the list.
- Place a check mark in the box labeled 'Enable cookies'.
- Click 'OK' to apply and save the changes.
Netscape 7 (6 easy steps):
- Select 'Edit' from your browsers main menu.
- Select 'Preferences' from the menu displayed.
- Click on 'Privacy & Security' in the list
to expand the group.
- Click on 'Cookies'.
- Selection the option titled 'Enable all cookies'.
- Click 'OK' to apply and save the changes.
