Q: The program will
not connect to the network. A: Temporarily disable your Windows Internet Connection
(or OS X) firewall, along with any other firewall program you may
have installed to see if you can connect...refer to the FAQ
page for instructions.
Q: I get Java errors while trying to install
the software.
A: The software will try to install the required Java software during
installation, however this process may fail if the program loses
a connection to the server during installation...click here

Q: I get errors while trying to install
the software on my computer.
A: Sometimes the installation file may become corrupted while downloading
